What to Expect:
In our one-on-one therapy sessions, we’ll create a personalized healing approach tailored to your unique needs. Our sessions may include:

  • Therapeutic Dialogue: Compassionate conversations to address emotional blocks, process past experiences, and foster self-discovery.

  • Somatic Experiencing: A body-based psychotherapy designed to resolve trauma stored in the body, enhance emotional regulation, and restore balance to your nervous system.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Yoga, meditation, and breathwork techniques to enhance self-awareness, cultivate resilience and restore inner calm.

  • Healing Bodywork: A blend of massage techniques to relieve tension, reduce stress, and support both physical and emotional well-being.

  • Health Coaching: Mindfulness-based strategies to nurture self-acceptance, transform eating habits, and create balance in your life.

  • Transpersonal Journeys: (Where appropriate) Guided experiences using MDMA or psilocybin to explore expanded states of consciousness, release trauma, and access deeper layers of healing and insight.

  • Integration Support: Reflective practices and therapeutic tools to process insights, embody new awareness, and integrate transpersonal journeys into daily life.

My Approach:
I believe conventional psychology often falls short, which is why I’ve trained in a diverse range of modalities that honor the integration of mind, body, and spirit. My approach is holistic, client-centered and trauma-informed.

Practical Details:
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

  • Fees: $150 per 60-minute session. Sliding scale options are available for lower-income clients.

  • Session Locations: I offer therapy over Zoom, at Vikara Center, or in person if you’re in the San Diego area.
